- •1. patients undergoing elective ENT surgery
- •2. age > 18 years
- •3. ASA physical status 1 to 3
- •4. patients undergoing general anesthesia for more than 1 hr
- •5. written informed content obtained
排除标准
- •1. having contraindication for axillary and rectal temperature monitoring
- •2. Underlying Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism and Peripheral vascular disease
- •3. Refuse to participate or withdraw their consent
