Subanesthetic doses of ketamine 0.3 mg/kg iv. provides good intraoperative analgesia in patients undergo tubal ligation under local anesthesia. Moreover, there was better intraoperative analgesia than using morphine plus diazepam.

ASA I-II
age>18 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
neurologic problem
hypertension
allergy to drug in this reseach
difficult airway management, obesity
