Inclusion Criteria
Candidates for elective cesarean section; gestational age 37 weeks or more; singleton pregnancy with cephalic presentation.
Exclusion criteria: Preeclampsia; multiple pregnancies; premature birth; prolonged rupture of the membranes; abnormal placental-binding; systemic diseases; sensitivity to prostaglandins.
