Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Patients having sign and symptoms of Gridhrasi.
- •2)Patient fit for basti procedure.
- •3)Willing to sign the consent for study participation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)Elevated CRP, Uric acid levels.
- •2)Positive rheumatoid factor.
- •3)Pregnancy & lactating females.
- •4)Tuberculosis of the spine.
- •5)Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus & hypertension.
- •6)Known case of malignancy of the spine, IHD, CHF and any other vascular disorders.
- •7)Patient not fit for Basti procedure.
- •8)Any infectious disease.
