- •1. Pregnancy women performing amniocentesis for genetic testing purpose at gestational age of 15-20 weeks
- •2.No fetal abnormality was found from ultrasound screening
排除标准
- •1.Twin pregnancy
- •2.Fetal anomaly was found from ultrasound screening
- •3.Pregnancy with contraindication in performing amniocentesis
- •4.Changing in locations of amniocentesis punctured site during the procedure
- •5. Multiple attempt in amniocentesis punctured
- •6.History of lavender or chamomile in essential oil allergy
- •7.Pregnancy with sign or symptom of abdominal skin infection
- •8.Pregnancy whose diagnosed with psychotic disease
- •9.Pregnancy whose denied to attend the research
- •10.Pregnancy with difficulty in smelling such as sinusitis, COVID19 infection
