1.Patient willing for present study.
2.Patients showing symptoms of night blindness, markedly reduced dark adaptation, progressive visual field loss, double vision etc.
3.Bony corpuscles
4.Fundus retinal vessels narrowing esp.arteriolar narrowing
5.Vitreous changes; such as cells, opacities & pigments.
6.Macular changes; such as oedema atrophic changes, pigment clumping etc.
7.Waxy pale optic disc.

1.Patient not willing for present study.
2.Patients who are extremely debilitating and not able to withstand treatment procedures.
3.Patient having vision less than 6/60.
4.Patient having any lenticular changes, total blindness and other known systemic pathology will be excluded from study.
5.Patients age < 16, > 50 yrs

Name Time Method Dark adaptation Visual Acuity Test by self illuminating Snellenâ??s chart drum. <br/ ><br>Reduction in dioptric power of glasses by refraction. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Automated Perimetry- for Retinal sensitivity change & field of vision. <br/ ><br> Fixed white on white or white on red stimulus will be used during perimetry. <br/ ><br>Fundus photographic change <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 6 month
