Inclusion Criteria
1. Osteonecrosis of femoral head [stage 1,2a,2b(crescent sign)]; modified FICAT and ARLET staging
2. No history of hip trauma
Exclusion Criteria
1. Traumatic AVN/osteonecrosis
2. AVN/osteonecrosis in advanced post-collapse stages
3. Patients with chronic kidney disease stage
4. Patient not willing to give consent for the study
