1. Laparoscopic pelvic surgeries
2. ASA grade 1 and 2
3. Minimum educational level class/grade 5
1. Refusal to consent.
2. History of alcohol abuse, chronic opioid or other substance abuse.
3. History of cerebral surgeries, stroke.
4. History of diagnosis of schizophrenia, dementia, anxiety or other disorder affecting cognition, mental dysfunction.
5. Any electrolyte imbalance.
6. Any active infection or disease associated with inflammation.
