入选标准
- •Subjects should be systemically and Periodontally healthy for Control group.
- •Subjects who fulfilled the criteria of Chronic Periodontitis classification given by American Academy of Periodontology and European Federation of Periodontology in 2017
- •Chronic Periodontitis patients with Pre-malignant disorders
- •Chronic Periodontitis patients with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
- •Minimum of 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity to be present
- •Pocket depth ââ?°Â¥ 5mm
- •Radiographic evidence of Bone Loss.
排除标准
- •Any patient diagnosed with Aggressive Periodontitis.
- •Any periodontal therapy in past 6 months.
- •Any antibiotic, steroids and immunosuppressant 6 months prior to sampling.
- •Pregnant and lactating women
