binocular visual acuity =0.8
- fluency in the Italian language
- fluency in reading newspaper print size with best corrected near visual acuity
- given written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- presence of severe ocular diseases
- presence or evidence of neurological conditions
- presence of arm or hand impairments

Name Time Method Quantification of the ability to overcome the restraints of a smaller screen size, where only parts of a text are visible and navigation (e.g. scrolling, manual movements of the text) is needed, compared to a larger screen size, where the whole text is visible.<br><br>Criteria, measurements involved:<br><br>- standardized measured reading speed in words per minute and number of reading errors on a small portable versus large desktop video-magnifier. <br><br>
