- •1.patient body weight 40 – 90 kg
- •2.singleton
- •3.patient who sign inform consent
- •4.doctor give magnesium sulfate to prevent eclampsia
排除标准
- •1.Renal impairment ( serum creatinine < 1 mg/dL)
- •2.multiple gestation
- •3.Myasthenia gravis
- •4.patient who already given magnesium sulfate before enroll the study
- •5.post partum preeclampsia
- •6.Patient who refused to enrolled the research
