Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •First and second degree internal hemorrhoids.
  • •Patients ready to paticipate and sign the informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with Ca Rectum or anal canal, External haemorrhoids, thrombosed piles.
  • •Patients with systemic illness like Uncontrolled DM, Uncontrolled HTN,HbsAg reactive, HIV positive patients.
  • •Pregnant and lactating women and patient with Haemoglobin <10mg/dl.
  • •Patient with impaired cardiac, hepatic and renal function
