入选标准
- •1) ASA grade I/II posted for elective major abdominal surgeries under general anesthesia.
- •2) Age: 20 to 65 years.
- •3) Ability to comprehend and describe verbal or visual pain scale.
- •4) No history of drug dependence or unprescribed drug use.
排除标准
- •1) Any contraindication to epidural block.
- •2) Allergy to opioids or any other drugs to be given intraoperatively.
- •3) All pregnant patients.
