Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) ASA grade I/II posted for elective major abdominal surgeries under general anesthesia.
- •2\) Age: 20 to 65 years.
- •3\) Ability to comprehend and describe verbal or visual pain scale.
- •4\) No history of drug dependence or unprescribed drug use.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Any contraindication to epidural block.
- •2\) Allergy to opioids or any other drugs to be given intraoperatively.
- •3\) All pregnant patients.
