1)Subjects with shoulder pain;
2) mentally intact that were able to follow;
3) no intracranial lesions evaluated by MRI;
4) no allergic to the ultrasound jel.
1) shoulder pain induced by stroke assessed by MRI and physical examination, rotator cuff injury or subacromial bursitis by ultrasound check or heart disease;
2) severe cardiac, liver or kidney dysfunction that caused hospitalization in last 3 months.
