Inclusion Criteria

age more than 15 years
a trauma triage level of 1 or 2 and severe
trauma in dangerous mechanism with arrival at the resuscitation room of the emergency department

Exclusion Criteria

age less than 15 years
pregnancy, and arrest with no return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) on arrival
