1.Patients having Classical features of Janu Sandhigatavata for more than one month.
2.Patient fit for Agnikarma will be included in study.
1.Patient with other systemic disorder which may interfere with the course of treatment, will be excluded.
2.Injury / Traumatic cases like fracture.
3.during Pregnancy and lactation.
4.Diseases like vatarakta and Amavata.
5.Patients Contraindicated for Agnikarma as per text.
6.Secondary OA due to TB,Syphilis,AIDS,etc.
7.Patient undergone any surgery of affected Knee joint.
8.Patient on steroid therapy.
9.Effusion of affected knee joint.
