Inclusion Criteria
Post Partum women on day 1 to day 10 following vaginal or cesarean section
Postnatal Women with Hemoglobin less than 10mg/dl
Exclusion Criteria
Women having Anaemia other than iron deficiency anemia
women with haemoglobinopathies
women having past history ofhypersensitivity reaction or allergic reactions to perenteral iron
