入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients who are willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study.
- •2. Treatment naïve female patients of age group 15-45 years presenting with
- •mastalgia = 5 days in the prior month and pain intensity = 3 on VAS scale.
排除标准
- •1. Patient with known or suspected breast cancer.
- •2. Scoring more than 3 on BIRADS classification on ultrasonography [Annexure-3]
- •3. Patient with infective or inflammatory mastitis.
- •4. Patient with severe deficiency of vitamin D ( < 10 ng/ml)
- •5. Recent history of therapeutic vitamin D3 consumption.
- •6. Women on oral contraceptives and other hormonal therapies.
- •7. Patients who have a history of hypersensitivity to any of the
- •study drugs or any contraindication to any drug involved in this study.
- •8. Patients with an education level less than 5th standard.
