patients: All patients eligible for (geriatric) rehabilitation aged 70 years and older with a unilateral proximal femur fracture admitted to HMC Bronovo hospital for a hip fracture.
informal caregivers: Insufficient mastery of the Dutch language, unable to provide informed consent, unwilling to provide informed consent
