Inclusion Criteria

Young athletes who undergo an initial sports medical examination for admission to a special sports school in the state of Brandenburg

- Ability to understand the scope and importance of the study

- Ability to answer the questionnaire independently

- Written consent of the athlete and legal guardian to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

- acute infection

- Acute complaints or injuries that prevent the implementation of the training program or the measurements

Prevalence and incidence of injuries and overuse reactions<br><br>-Recording by means of anamnesis and clinical examinations in the course of the study via measurement/examination appointments (M0= inclusion, M1= after 12-week intervention, M2=after 1 year, M3= after 2 years) and online surveys (every 3 months).<br><br>- Point prevalence (every 3 months)<br>- 3-month prevalence<br>- 1 year prevalence
