Inclusion Criteria
Young athletes who undergo an initial sports medical examination for admission to a special sports school in the state of Brandenburg
- Ability to understand the scope and importance of the study
- Ability to answer the questionnaire independently
- Written consent of the athlete and legal guardian to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- acute infection
- Acute complaints or injuries that prevent the implementation of the training program or the measurements
