Inclusion Criteria

All patients triaged in red/orange/yellow/green/blue
-18 years and older
-Patients who are being transferred to another hospital will be seen as admissions

Exclusion Criteria

-Patients who receive cardiopulmonary resuscitation
-Patients who die at the ED
-Patients with minor traumatic injury who will get conservative treatment
-Patients who are unable to receive triage
-Patients who don't want to be included
-Patients who are unable to sign a consent form
