Inclusion Criteria

1. Subjects of either sex in the age group of 18 to 65 years.

2. Typical radiating pain from lumbar to buttock to back of the leg

3. Pain exacerbated by coughing, sneezing or bending.

4. Subjects with positive straight Leg Raise (SLR) test

5.Presence of following symptoms indicating Sciatica.

Unilateral leg pain greater than low back

pain

Pain radiating to foot and toes

numbness and paraesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

1. Known case of any systemic illness, uncontrolled DM, uncontrolled Hypertension, Hepatic, Renal or Cardiac ailments TB, CNS involvement, HIV infection.

2. Known case of Herniated lumbo-sacral disc

3. Known case of Nerve root impingement (herniated disc, bulging disc, trauma or injury, such as from a fall,spinal stenosis, mechanical stretching,bone spur formation,spondylolisthesis,foraminal stenosis,degeneration,rheumatoid arthritis)

4. Known case of Epidural abscess and Epidural hematoma

5. Known case of Spinal Tumor

6. Known case of Potts Disease, also known as spinal tuberculosis

7. Known case of Piriformis syndrome

8. Obese subjects (BMI >=30)

9. H/O Addictions (Alcohol, drugs)

10. Pregnant and lactating women

11. History of hypersensitivity to study drug or any of its ingredients
