Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Aged 60 or over
- •Ability to walk \> 15 m (use of a walking aid allowed)
- •Tinetti score \<\= 19
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cognitive disturbances (MMSE \< 24\)
- •Severe co morbidities contraindicating physical training as determined by a geriatrician
