Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants over 18 years old; minimum of 1 in the affective relationship; low repertoire of social skills; anxiety symptoms; marital dissatisfaction
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants with diagnosed psychiatric disorder; who are under psychological and/or psychiatric follow\-up; couples who both volunteer; participants with approximation or any kind of bond with the interns who will carry out the interventions; incompatibility with the time of the intervention; psychology students or psychology professionals
