Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female patients aged between 25\-75yrs (American society of anaesthesiologist grading I â?? III) undergoing surgery for gynaecological cancer will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2\.ASA \> III
- •3\.Patient underwent previous surgery except diagnostic biopsy
- •4\.Any contraindication to use of study drug
- •5\.Any ongoing infection in patient
- •6\.Any other chronic inflammatory condition as RA, inflammatory bowel disease etc.
- •7\.Secondary sepsis and/or septic shock with an underlying condition
- •8\.Active infection such as severe peritonitis, pancreatitis, or trauma
- •9\.Long\-term ICU stay
- •10\.Pre Existing immunodeficiency.
