Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Female patients aged between 25\-75yrs (American society of anaesthesiologist grading I â?? III) undergoing surgery for gynaecological cancer will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients not willing to participate in the study
  • 2\.ASA \> III
  • 3\.Patient underwent previous surgery except diagnostic biopsy
  • 4\.Any contraindication to use of study drug
  • 5\.Any ongoing infection in patient
  • 6\.Any other chronic inflammatory condition as RA, inflammatory bowel disease etc.
  • 7\.Secondary sepsis and/or septic shock with an underlying condition
  • 8\.Active infection such as severe peritonitis, pancreatitis, or trauma
  • 9\.Long\-term ICU stay
  • 10\.Pre Existing immunodeficiency.
