- •A minimum of one year and a maximum of 4 years have elapsed since the last menstrual period
- •No use of hormone therapy for the past 6 months
- •A normal menopause

- •Very severe menopausal symptoms that affect sleep quality
- •Severe depressive disorder and anxiety
- •Drug addiction
