1) Women between the age 18-35 years old.
2) Women who exhibited the 2003 Rotterdam criteria for PCOS diagnosis.
3) Total testosterone levels greater than 20 ng per DL
4) Women who are already diagnosed with PCOS by their respective gynaecologist/physician.
1) Smoking
2) Use of hormone based medications or insulin sensitizing agents.
3) Presence of another endocrine disorder.
4) Pregnancy.
5) Major psychiatric disorder or women who were on anti-psychotic medications.
6) Neoplasm.
