• poor quality of recorded echocardiography study
• inability to ascertain severity of mitral regurgitation

Primary Outcome Measures

Presence of narrow doppler bands	1 year	Logical, presence of narrow bands during continuous doppler echocardiography assessed by two echocardiographers (one blinded)
