Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women diagnosed with urinary incontinence
- •2\. Women who are likely to come for follow up.
- •2\. Women who are able to practice the intervention as per the guideline.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women undergone surgical intervention for urinary incontinence
- •2\. Women above 60 years of age
- •3\. Women not attending follow up clinic
- •4\. Women those who are suffering with severe medical illness and on treatment
