Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Healthy adult male (20s and 30s)
- •2\) A person who can perform squat movements according to instructions
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Subject who exercise twice a week for at least 30 minutes per session
- •2\) Subject with musculoskeletal disorders in the lower extremities
- •3\) Subject who have pain during squat
- •4\) Subject with a difference of 10 mm or more in the length of the lower extremities
