Inclusion Criteria
  • patients with upper lid cicatricial trichiasis that requires surgical intervention
Exclusion Criteria
  • Refusal of the patients.
  • Associated entropion., 3) Severe ocular surface disease.
  • Previous eyelid surgery.
  • Associated lid laxity.
  • Lack of adequate follow-up
