Brief Summary
? Effects of exercise rehabilitation intervention on stroke patients -Participants: Stroke patients, men and women under 80 years of age -Number of Participants: A total of 34 stroke patients (20 in the exercise intervention group, 14 in the control group) -Intervention: The exercise intervention group will receive exercise intervention for 1 hour each time, twice a week for a total of 3 months. -Results: Both the exercise intervention group and the control group recovered over time, but the exercise intervention group showed higher recovery. ? Effect of exercise rehabilitation intervention on patients with lumbar disc herniation and stenosis -Participants: Patients with lumbar disc herniation and stenosis, men and women under 80 years of age -Number of Participants: A total of 37 subjects with lumbar disc herniation and stenosis (20 in the exercise rehabilitation group, 17 in the control group) -Intervention: The exercise rehabilitation group received exercise intervention for 1 hour each time, twice a week for a total of 3 months. -Results: Both the exercise intervention group and the control group recovered over time, but the exercise intervention group showed higher recovery. ? Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who underwent artificial knee joint replacement surgery
- •2\. Patients receiving treatment for spinal spondylosis or intervertebral disc herniation
- •3\. Member registration
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) When a research participant withdraws consent to participate
- •2\) When research cannot be continued due to a serious adverse reaction or sudden accident
- •3\) When unwilling or unable to comply with the visits and procedures specified in the plan
- •4\) In cases where it is difficult to continue the study due to severe complications
- •5\) When patients who do not meet the selection criteria participate in the study
- •6\) If a patient meeting the exclusion criteria participated in the study
- •7\) If the research director determines that it will interfere with the continuation of other research.
