a) being an outpatient admitted to the emergency department, being clinically stable and referred to green area outpatient clinics, or being an Emergency Department employee, b) being over 18 years old, c) If the form is filled by the patient's relative, being a relative of the patient who can accurately convey the necessary information about the patient.
Being a patient directed to an area outside the green area, having a disability complaint in at least one of the medical measurements, being a patient accepted as a forensic case, not being able to fill out the survey form due to health, not knowing Turkish and not being able to read and write
