入选标准
- •Apparently healthy volunteers:
- •1.South Indian ethnicity (Participants residing in one of the 5 south Indian states for at least 3 generations and speaking the native south Indian language)
- •2.Age group of 25-45 years
- •3.BMI of 22-25 kg/m2
- •4.Must be willing to comply with all study requirement
- •5.Participants should agree to avoid any kind of herbal formulations during the study period
排除标准
- •1.History of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 Diabetes mellitus, pulmonary, hepatic and renal problems
- •2.History of any long term medication
- •3.Known allergy to herbal products
- •4.Chronic smokers and alcoholics
- •5.Elevated blood pressure on the day of testing (Two consecutive BP readings greater than or equal to 140/90 mm/hg )
- •6.Pregnant or lactating women
- •7.Students
