•1)patients having age between 20 and 60 yrs.2)patients irrespective of gender,socioeconomic class,caste,occupation.3)patients having sign and symptoms of dushta vrana having area of length 6cmxbreadth 6 cmx depth 5cm will be randomly selected

•1) known case of HIV.hepatitis B,uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,2)patients suffering from wound like tubercular ulcers,venous ulcers,leprotic ulcers,malignant ulcers,burns etc.3)wound having excessive loss of tissues wound includes bone,tendon injury,exposed bones.
