- •1. All patients belonging to America Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to II and scheduled for elective neck dissection surgery with a minimum expected duration of 3 hours warranting general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •?Patients with a previous history of either drug or alcohol abuse.
- •?Patients who have been using opioids for a long time.
- •?Surgical procedure warranting elective postoperative ventilation.
- •?Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and chronic obstructive lung disease),significant organ dysfunctions (e.g.,cardiac,respiratory, renal or liver disorders).
