入选标准
- •1.Patient aged more than 18 years old.
- •2. Horizontal and mesio angular impacted lower third molar teeth according to Winter classification that require bone removal from around the impacted teeth. Degree of impaction based on Pell & Gregory category (level A or B, class I or II).
排除标准
- •Medically compromised patient:
- •1-Uncontrolled diabetic.
- •2-Coagulation disorders.
- •3-Immune compromised patient.
- •4-Patient treated with amino bisphosphate which affects bone metabolism.
- •5-Psychiatric problems.
- •6-Pregnant women.
- •7- Any medical condition that affects bone healing.
- •8- Heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes a day).
- •9.patients with distinct periapical pathology
- •10.Patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy
