Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with ACL injury confirmed via clinical examination and MRI and planned
  • for ACL reconstruction surgery in Bangkok Academy of Sports and Exercise
  • Medicine (BASEM), Bangkok Hospital from September 2024 to April 2025
  • 2\. Age between 18 and 59 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Multiligament injuries of knee
  • 2\. Preexisting condition of knee causing limited rehabilitation e.g. knee stiffness,
  • leg muscle weakness
  • 3\. Comorbidities affecting rehabilitation
  • 4\. History of venous thromoembolism or vascular disease in any lower limb
  • 5\. History of central or peripheral neurologic impairment
  • 6\. Exertional compartment syndrome
  • 7\. Patients with previous surgeries on injured knee
  • 8\. Infections in operated region
  • 9\. Perioperative or postoperative abnormal conditions such as leg swelling
