Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with ACL injury confirmed via clinical examination and MRI and planned
- •for ACL reconstruction surgery in Bangkok Academy of Sports and Exercise
- •Medicine (BASEM), Bangkok Hospital from September 2024 to April 2025
- •2\. Age between 18 and 59 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Multiligament injuries of knee
- •2\. Preexisting condition of knee causing limited rehabilitation e.g. knee stiffness,
- •leg muscle weakness
- •3\. Comorbidities affecting rehabilitation
- •4\. History of venous thromoembolism or vascular disease in any lower limb
- •5\. History of central or peripheral neurologic impairment
- •6\. Exertional compartment syndrome
- •7\. Patients with previous surgeries on injured knee
- •8\. Infections in operated region
- •9\. Perioperative or postoperative abnormal conditions such as leg swelling
