Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient aged between 18\-60 years.
  • •2 .ASA 1,2 posted for PCNL surgeries under GA.
  • •3\.Patients giving informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient refusal
  • •2\. Patient belonging to ASA 3 and 4
  • •3\. Local infection
  • •4\. Patient with history of drug allergy to local anesthetics.
  • •5\. Patients with hemorrhagic diathesis.
  • •6\. Patient with coexisting cardiac, pulmonary ,hepatic, renal disorders.
  • •7\. Inflammatory /infective skin lesions at the site of giving block.
  • •8\. Diseases and deformities of spinal cord
  • •9\. Current pregnancy.
  • •10\.Depressive illness or anxiety disorders.
