Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1. Patient aged between 18-60 years.
  • •2 .ASA 1,2 posted for PCNL surgeries under GA.
  • •3.Patients giving informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Patient refusal
  • •2. Patient belonging to ASA 3 and 4
  • •3. Local infection
  • •4. Patient with history of drug allergy to local anesthetics.
  • •5. Patients with hemorrhagic diathesis.
  • •6. Patient with coexisting cardiac, pulmonary ,hepatic, renal disorders.
  • •7. Inflammatory /infective skin lesions at the site of giving block.
  • •8. Diseases and deformities of spinal cord
  • •9. Current pregnancy.
  • •10.Depressive illness or anxiety disorders.
