Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with pocket probing depth of more than or equal to 5mm with 4 or more teeth involved in each quadrant after phase 1 therapy with at least 2 quadrants involved, Patients without occlusal discrepancy, Patients without tooth mobility, Motivated patients capable of maintaining oral hygiene on receiving instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with systemic diseases like diabetes, blood disorders, cardiovascular conditions, immunocompromised patients, Patients on immunosuppressants in the last 6 months, Patients with partial denture or orthodontic appliances, Patients allergic to albumin or indocyanine green dye, Smokers.
