Inclusion Criteria
Patients with pocket probing depth of more than or equal to 5mm with 4 or more teeth involved in each quadrant after phase 1 therapy with at least 2 quadrants involved, Patients without occlusal discrepancy, Patients without tooth mobility, Motivated patients capable of maintaining oral hygiene on receiving instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with systemic diseases like diabetes, blood disorders, cardiovascular conditions, immunocompromised patients, Patients on immunosuppressants in the last 6 months, Patients with partial denture or orthodontic appliances, Patients allergic to albumin or indocyanine green dye, Smokers.
