- •2)ASA I and II.
- •3)Surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1)Known allergy to study drug.
- •2)Patients with cognitive impairement.
- •3)Uncontrolled cardiovascular,hepatic,renal and pulmonary dysfunction.
- •4)Patients having opiod intolerance.
- •5)Pregnant patients and breast feeding mothers.
- •6)Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
