Inclusion Criteria
Women who wore pessaries for at least 2 weeks were invited and enrolled in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Women who were using antibiotics in the last 14 days
Women who had sexual intercourse or used douching inside the vagina within 24 hours Women who denied to enrolled in this study
