入选标准
- •1.All patients with age 18 to 45 years undergoing arthroscopic primary ACL reconstruction.
- •2. Patients with isolated Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury.
排除标准
- •1.Patients who do not give consent.
- •2.Patients less than 18 years of age.
- •3.Patients having any other pathological disease like osteoarthritis.
- •4.Patients with any psychiatric disorder.
- •5.Revision ACL surgery.
- •6.Had any history of diabetes or immunosuppression.
- •7.Had a known allergy to penicillin,cephalosporin,vancomycin,glycopeptide, iodine.
