- Brief Summary
The patients of fistula in ano will be selected and divided in to two groups. In group A Guggulu based Khsarasutra will be applied and observed the patients upto complete cutting of ksharasutra and healing of tract. In group B partial fistulectomy along with application of Guggulu based Khsarasutra will be done. The patients will be observed upto complete cutting of ksharasutra and healing of tract. The observed findings will be recorded in the research proforma. The observed data will be statistically analized for final results. The outcome of findings will be vividely discussed and final conclusion will be drawn after completion of the study.

Vataja Bhagandara (Shataponaka) Pitaja Bhagandara (Ushtagreeva) Kaphaja Bhagandara (Parisravi) Vata-Pittaja Bhagandara (Parikshepee) Vata-Kaphaja Bhagandara (Riju) and Arsho Bhagandara {(Kapha Pittaja) (Piles fistula)} Bhagandara of above type with Parikartika (Fistula in ano with fissure in ano) Fistula-in-ano with controlled diabetes mellitus Fistula in ano with controlled Tuberculosis.
Sannipataja Bhagandara (Shambookavarta) and Agantuja Bhagandara (Unmargi) Fistula in ano associated with one or more of the following conditions Uncontrolled Tuberculosis Uncontrolled Hypertension Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Osteomyelitis, Chronic or acute ulcerative colitis Crohn’s disease Ano-rectal & other Malignancy Venereal diseases, HIV and HBsAg Positive Pregnancy Fistula other than ano rectal.
