Subjects included in the study would be healthy individuals, who are not suffering from any systemic condition (AHA score I), who are cases of skeletal class II Malocclusion or class III Malocclusion. Subjects undergoing bi-jaw surgery with mandibular setback or mandibular advancement and subjects undergoing isolated mandibular setback or mandibular advancement procedure will also be included in the study.
Subjects with systemic disorders or medically compromised subjects (ASA score II, III, IV, V), subjects suffering from cleft lip and cleft palate, Temporomandibular Joint disorders, craniofacial syndromes, facial Asymmetries, Obstructive sleep apnea, subjects undergoing genioplasty only, subjects with Previous history of craniofacial surgery and subjects who refuse to take part in the study or come for regular follow up will be excluded from the study.
