简要总结
This study is a randomized, parallel group, clinical trial comparing the effectiveness and safety of adenosine and magnesium sulphate as adjuvants in errector Spinae plane block for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, as measured by duration of analgesia and pain score. The primary outcome of the study is to record the time of 1st rescue analgesia I.e the time elapsed between the end of surgery to 1st analgesia dose and severity of pain using VAS. The secondary outcome is total no. of analgesic doses of opioids and NSAIDS in 24 hours following surgery and side effects like nausea, vomiting and shivering.
