To study if starting labour pain artificially at 40 weeks instead of waiting till 41 weeks in women with previous one Lower segment caesarean section eligible and willing for Termination Of Labour After Caesarean, improve the vaginal delivery rates.

Inclusion Criteria

Women with previous single lower segment caesarean delivery with singleton pregnancy at term with vertex presentation eligible for Trial Of Labour After Caesarean

Exclusion Criteria

Women with any other complications like preeclampsia, diabetes, oligohydramnios or intrauterine growth retardation, multiple gestations, babies with malformations, women not willing for trial of labour or requiring induction of labour for any other maternal or fetal condition and women with poor dating
