Inclusion Criteria

  • •1、重庆医科大学附属儿童医院两江院区 PICU 内年龄<18 岁接受有创机械通气的患儿；
  • •2、监护人同意参与研究。

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1、因上呼吸道阻塞接受有创机械通气；
  • •2、先天性膈疝或膈肌麻痹；
  • •3、机械通气时间<24 小时；
  • •4、紫绀型先天性心脏病；
  • •5、原发性肺动脉高压；
