- To establish a correlation between the findings of Tail Bindu Pariksha and the results of urine routine and microscopic examination in the patients of Mutrakrichhra.

Brief Summary
This study aims to conduct a comparative evalution between Urine routine microscopic examination and Tail Bindu Pariksha in Mutrakricchra. Tail Bindu Pariksha as a traditional prognostic tool, its scientific validation and correlation with modern methods like urine routine and microscopic examination remain unexplored. This study is needed to bridge classical wisdom with contemporary diagnostics, to evaluate the relevance of Tail Bindu Pariksha in current clinical practice, and to promote an integrative approach for better understanding and management in Mutrakricchra.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Age criteria: 18 yrs to 60 yrs.
- •Patients having Lakshana of Mutrakrichhra, as per Ayurvedic Classic will be included under the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age of patient less than 18 yrs and more than 60 yrs.
- •Patients having a surgical history of urinary tract.
- •Patients having HIV and other venereal diseases.
- •Patients having any other major illness or systemic disorders.
- •Pregnant women.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
To establish a correlation between the findings of Tail Bindu Pariksha and the results of urine routine and microscopic examination in the patients of Mutrakrichhra.
Time Frame: 30 days
Secondary Outcomes
- Correlation of symptoms severity with findings of Tail Bindu Pariksha and Urine routine microscopic examination in Mutrakrichhra.(30 days)
