Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy adults: Healthy nonsmoking adults 18\-70 years without prior lung diaseases.
- •Asthma patients: Clinical diagnosis of Asthma. Treatment step 2\-4 (GINA). No history of smoking. ACT \> 20 pts.
- •COPD patients: Clinical diagnosis of COPD. GOLD I\-III. Smoking history \> 10 PY.
- •Cystic fibrosis patients: Clinical diagnosis of CF. No history of smoking. FEV1 \> 40 % pred.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age \< 18 years,
- •Incapable of giving consent to the study,
- •Severe cardiac comorbidity,
- •Known intolerance to salbutamol
- •Respiratory infection or change of medication
- •within the last 3 months
