入选标准
- •Healthy adults: Healthy nonsmoking adults 18-70 years without prior lung diaseases.
- •Asthma patients: Clinical diagnosis of Asthma. Treatment step 2-4 (GINA). No history of smoking. ACT > 20 pts.
- •COPD patients: Clinical diagnosis of COPD. GOLD I-III. Smoking history > 10 PY.
- •Cystic fibrosis patients: Clinical diagnosis of CF. No history of smoking. FEV1 > 40 % pred.
排除标准
- •Age < 18 years,
- •Incapable of giving consent to the study,
- •Severe cardiac comorbidity,
- •Known intolerance to salbutamol
- •Respiratory infection or change of medication
- •within the last 3 months
